A conical approximation of constant scalar curvature Kähler metrics of Poincaré type and log K-stability
Abstract
The existence of constant scalar curvature Kähler (cscK) metrics is an important problem in complex geometry. In this talk, I will explain that a cscK metric of Poincaré type on the complement of a smooth divisor can be approximated by cscK metrics with cone singularities. This result is a scalar curvature version of Guenancia's result. As a corollary, we obtain log K-semistability with angle 0. This corollary is related to conjectures of Székelyhidi and J. Sun-S. Sun.
