Cell Biology Center Colloquium 0014 (16:00 - 17:00)

Lecturer
Dr. Hikaru Tsuchiya (Tokyo Metropolitan Institute of Medical Science)
Title
Proteome analysis of diverse ubiquitin signals in the cell using mass spectrometry
(ref. Tsuchiya et al. (2017) In vivo ubiquitin linkage-type analysis reveals that the Cdc48-Rad23/Dsk2 axis contributes to K48-linked chain specificity of the proteasome. Mol. Cell 66, 488-502)

Cell Biology Center Colloquium 0015 (17:00 - 18:00)

Lecturer
Dr. Fumiaki Ohtake (Tokyo Metropolitan Institute of Medical Science)
Title
Cross-talk of the ubiquitin code: cellular function of forked ubiquitin chains
(ref. Ohtake et al. (2016) The K48-K63 branched ubiquitin chain regulates NF-κB signaling. Mol. Cell 64, 251-266)

There will be a seminar (in Japanese) by Dr. Hikaru Tsuchiya & Dr. Fumiaki Ohtake (Tokyo Metropolitan Institute of Medical Science), who are front-running young scientists in the field of ubiquitin biology and will tell us their cutting-edge research on protein ubiquitination-mediated cell regulation.
