Associate Professor (lecturer) Satoshi Miura was accepted in 'Intensive Support for Young Promising Researchers' Project

Satoshi Miura, an Associate Professor (lecturer) in Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, Tokyo Tech, was accepted in a new project 'Intensive Support for Young Promising Researchers' in the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO). The project is collaborated with AMIT Co., LTD

In the project, Miura lab. develops a novel interface for intuitive teleoperated robotics. Most robotics structures are different from human body. Thus, it is difficult to operate intuitively. The problem is called as 'Embodiment difference'. Miura lab. will resolve the problem about the intuitive operation.
