Emeritus Professor Fumio Koyama

Emeritus Professor Fumio Koyama of Tokyo Institute of Technology (Specially Appointed Professor at the Institute of Innovative Research) has been selected as the recipient of the 2024 IEEE Nick Holonyak Jr. Medal. This announcement was made by the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), the world's largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technological innovation for the benefit of humanity. The award ceremony will take place on May 3, 2024.
